REFUND NOT RECEIVED

I booked 2 tickets on computicket travel online in August from Fort Beaufort to Cape Town for the 15th of August 2021. Unfortunately the bus was involved in an accident and I had to arrange alternative transportation for the trip.

When I called DMJ to ask about what I was supposed to do they advised me to send an email requesting for a refund. To this date I haven't received my money and they're now ignoring my emails and when I call they tell me they don't know when will the refund be processed.
