Unprofessional Service
I would prefer to not even give 1 star. The service I received was not only **********, but was full of lies, stories and false hope, making it extremely stressful.
There was absolutely NO URGENCY given in obtaining the documents needed, despite being informed umpteen times how urgent it was. Only excuse after excuse, as well as lie after lie, given by Anne. The fact that my documents were held back until payment had been received for the couriers (I hadn't yet been invoiced in order to pay despite claiming I had been), even after having jeopardised my application not once (application was initially withdrawn due to taking too long send requested documents), but twice ( I needed the tracking number to prove documents were en route to prevent withdrawal happening). This whole experience of using Docs4u, cost me almost R15k financially, with almost R8k just to Docs4u for a unprofessional and unsympathetic service. I definitely do not recommend them.

First of all i only receive payment from you for the courier service to the UK, and that was definitely not 8K - to be exact it was R1500 through Fedex. Secondly i did not jeopardize your application you did that all by yourself by not being document ready when applying for a British Passport. That poor planning is on you not on me. Calling me a liar when all I did was try to help is uncalled for and quite frankly unfair, but that is your opinion and you are entitled to it. I wish you success and happiness on your journey wherever it may take you.

The almost R8k is incl the price in obtaining the certificates (which I have to pay), courier was R1500 excl vat remember, making it R1725 (to be exact)
I did not jeopardise myself in any way by not having the correct documents, I did have correct documents, my application did not require my dad's vault as my claim is maternal gran not paternal, however HMPO wanted it regardless for reason unknown, so no I didn't do it myself. As for lying, I have the proof, so yes I will stick to my opinion you **** and not only to me.
The sad thing Anne is, you're a nice person to talk too, but the excuses and false hope you gave despite all the pleas and begging and not only from me, we're uncalled for, being straightforward would of been more help.
