I would prefer to not even give 1 star. The service I received was not only **********, but was full of lies, stories and false hope, making it extremely stressful. There was absolutely NO URGENCY given in obtaining the documents needed, despite being informed umpteen times how urgent it was. Only excuse after excuse, as well as lie after lie, given by Anne. The fact that my documents were held back until payment had been received for the couriers (I hadn't yet been invoiced in order to pay despite claiming I had been), even after having jeopardised my application not once (application was initially withdrawn due to taking too long send requested documents), but twice ( I needed the tracking number to prove documents were en route to prevent withdrawal happening). This whole experience of using Docs4u, cost me almost R15k financially, with almost R8k just to Docs4u for a unprofessional and unsympathetic service. I definitely do not recommend them.
Dec 2018, I purchased my second vehicle from Edmond Auto Durban. Everything was great. Within first week of having vehicle, I informed the used car sales manager of some faults on vehicle. Six months later, and finally something was done, despite numerous attempts before hand, however because of the delay in fixing certain issues, I now sit with two brand new tyres placed on vehicle at time of purchased, having gone smooth, and the used car sales manager refusing to replace them, despite them having ended up this way due to his negligence in fixing the vehicles issues for six months. Then he states that the problem should of been sorted earlier, and stating the way vehicle has been driven, claiming I never attempted to get vehicle to them...SERIOUSLY!!! It's easy to blame the client when you are at fault and won't admit it. Now I sit with two smooth tyres, rotated to back of vehicle, because the used car sales manager, neglected my requests for six months, neglected to assist me from the very first week of having the car and reporting the issues, and neglected his after sales responsibilities. Will I recommend them to purchase a vehicle, NO! their after sales service destroys their great helpfulness when purchasing a vehicle. A real disappointment from an initially good relationship this has turned out to be.
Due to their lack of communication with me, this company now owes me a refund for my account that closed in Feb 2018, yet failed to notify me due to their incompetence. Now after sending email after email since 26 Oct 2018, they still refuse to communicate as to when I can expect my refund of R800. I find them unprofessional and useless and if it were I still owing, no doubt would of been hounded for payment everyday.. So SSDA, where and when can I expect my payment of R800 from you???? How many other clients do you continue to accept payment from after their account is paid up??
Receiving calls EVERY DAY from 7am for payment of account, despite being told i am currently unemployed and have been for 6mths. Incurring extra debt on me each call they make. Adding stress in an already stressful situation. Never once has a statement of what has been paid been received by me. Call centre is rude and don' t give a damn what you tell them.
