Unprofessional Service
I would prefer to not even give 1 star. The service I received was not only **********, but was full of lies, stories and false hope, making it extremely stressful. There was absolutely NO URGENCY given in obtaining the documents needed, despite being informed umpteen times how urgent it was. Only excuse after excuse, as well as lie after lie, given by Anne. The fact that my documents were held back until payment had been received for the couriers (I hadn't yet been invoiced in order to pay despite claiming I had been), even after having jeopardised my application not once (application was initially withdrawn due to taking too long send requested documents), but twice ( I needed the tracking number to prove documents were en route to prevent withdrawal happening). This whole experience of using Docs4u, cost me almost R15k financially, with almost R8k just to Docs4u for a unprofessional and unsympathetic service. I definitely do not recommend them.

Great service
Anne has assisted me in getting unabridged birth and marriage certificates. I waited over a year after applying at home affairs for my marriage certificate and nothing happened. I contacted Anne and my document was ready for collection at home affairs the next day. Great service.

Great service
Anne has assisted me in getting unabridged birth and marriage certificates. I waited over a year after applying at home affairs for my marriage certificate and nothing happened. I contacted Anne and my document was ready for collection at home affairs the next day. Great service.

TERRIBLE SERVICE
On the 22nd of January 2021 I paid and emailed all the required documents to Anne. She confirmed that se had received everything and was going ahead with my application. On the 10th of February I contacted her via WhatsApp to follow up on the progress but she never replied. After that I have tried calling send emails and WhatsApp's but she does not get back to you. On the 8th of March I got an email saying that everything was finalized and that I can collect it from Home affairs. I paid for the full service and therefore told her that she is to collect and send it to me. On the 12th of March and after seeing she was online and not replying to my message I sent another one. she then replied saying they are busy with it and that she is doing the best she can. On the 17the of March I called her and wanted to know what was going on as the promises she made was not truthful. She then asked me to send some of the paperwork again as she was going to home affairs to see what she can get done. The Friday (19March) in the afternoon she informed me that they were printing my certificate. By then I was fed up with the empty promises and told her to pay my money back. She then accused me of not sending the application from and by that admitted that she never applied for my certificate. I did keep all the communication between us and I have the email that I sent her with the POP, Application form, DHA-30 form. I then went to home affairs myself. I had another agent help me with the certificate and I was then notified that an application was done on Wednesday the 17th of March. The day I asked her where she applied as I wanted to contact them myself to find out what the hold up was. She only applied 58 days after I paid her and after I started putting pressure on her to get answers. For 58 days she did nothing. She did not apply, she did not inform me that she would not help. She only wasted my time and kept lying and making promises she new was never going to happen. With the assistance of another company, I got my certificate 6 days after applying for it. Yes Anne did pay my money back, but she can never give back the 58 days she wasted. I WILL NOT RECOMEND DOCS4U TO ANYONE.

Docs4U- Unreliable and dishonest
I paid a fortune for a service that wasn’t provided. I was given false information, mislead and lied to constantly during the months dealing with Docs4U. I missed my submission deadline as the documents were not ready on time even though being assured that 3 months is plenty of time for them to procure the documents as they only need 20 days max. I was offered a refund as I did not receive the service that I paid for, I am still waiting for the refund…

EXCELLENT SERVICE - OVER and ABOVE of what was promised!
Anne Hind @ Docs4U really came through for me and my family, Anne you are amazing and without your help we would still not have received our documents - well DONE! You did not over-promise - YOU DELIVERED ! It was a bit of an issue to get the documents printed at the office where I applied - but at least they did eventually print all 4 unabridged birth certificates. @ Elle at Passports4U - thank you for referring Anne - Wishing both your businesses the very best!
