I contacted Passports4U and was referred to Docs4U. I was given false information, mislead and lied to constantly during the months dealing with Docs4U. I missed my submission deadline as the documents were not ready on time even though being assured that 3 months is plenty of time for them to procure the documents as they only need 20 days max. I was extremely disappointed with the referral to Docs4U as I have used Passports4U in the past and referred family and friends to them. I was offered a refund, but was then questioned about getting refunded when I followed up with them. I have still not received the refund for the service I did not receive. The documents were delivered, however they were late and with mistakes on them- not the service I was guaranteed, that I paid a fortune for.

<p>Terrible service from Makro Online. I ordered two items and paid for delivery and my products never arrived. I had to keep on calling the call centre to find out what was happening and each time I was promised I would be contacted and my issue would be resolved. I never received feedback unless I contacted Makro. I was promised a full refund and I still haven't received this and no one has made an effort to contact me. I am now without my order or my money. Please resolve this matter. I will not be using Makro Online again and will not recommend it to family and friends.</p>
I signed up for an MTN contract in June. After receiving my first two invoices I noticed that they are both incorrect. I queried them through customer care and after a delayed response my concerns were not addressed at all. Please attend to this with a matter of urgency. The reference number I was given is 10491346.

I have been trying to get a fault fixed since April. A technician finally arrived at my house yesterday. He managed to get the line working. The line only worked for a few hours and it is not working again. <br> <br> Even though this fault has been escalated several times the response from Telkom has been shocking. I have been extremely unhappy with the service that Telkom has provided. I have even tried to cancel this service and the person assisting me didn't bother to process the initial request even though they gave me a reference number, so I now have to wait another month until it is sorted. <br> <br> Telkom weren't concerned that I am paying for a service that does not work. They also seem unconcerned that I have canceled my account and taking my business elsewhere.
I have been trying to get a fault fixed for over two months now. No one has bothered to come to inspect the issue. I keep getting calls with empty promises. I have also not heard anything back about me being refunded for services I have been paying for and not receiving. I have logged fault after fault, escalated faults and spoken to a number of people and no action has been taken to resolve this matter. This issue needs to be resolved.
I have been trying to get a contract from MTN. It has been an unpleasant process going back and forth. When I asked what documentation I need I was told and I came back the following week (Saturday) with the documentation and then I was told I don't have sufficient documentation. I then came back again the following day (Sunday) with the documentation and asked to take out a cell phone contract. The sales representatives, Nora and the gentleman assisting her, were rude, very unhelpful, did not explain the process to me and supplied me with the wrong information. I had to go back again the following day (Monday) as they said it would be ready. However, it was not and I was not informed and again I was told to come back the following day (Tuesday). Again- rude, terrible service, excuses and no apology was given by either sales representatives. I have received no correspondence today after I was told that Nora would call me. I have also tried calling. It is now nearing close of business. It puts MTN in a bad light when a situation is dealt like this. All I ask is to ensure sales reps supply the customer with the correct information, are pro-active and are not rude in the process.

I have been trying to log a fault with telkom for over a month now. Each time I log a fault I get feedback days later. I get told a technician will come. No one comes and no one follows up. I then receive a message saying my fault has been restored and it is closed. The problem is not solved and I have to open up case after case with the same result each time. I am now paying for a service I am not receiving. <br> <br> Please fix the issue and refund me for services paid for and not received. <br> <br> I was even told by Telkom to buy a new handset which I did but there is no problem with my old handset.
