<p>My cell C account has been taken over by GloCell and there was a hitch of payment of R173.00 I tried to contact Glocell on there customer care line and was on hold for 20 min. I eventually got hold of their Durban office on 0315695050 and was informed that I was able to make payment to their account at the ATM and would be reconected. This was done and I was reconnected for a day and then was suspended again. I have tried to contact them again and again have waited on hold for over 30 min. I tried to contact the same Durban number and now no one can assist and tell me what the problem is.</p> <p>THIS IS SHOCKING SERVICE AND I CAN NOT UNDERSTAND HOW A COMPANY CAN BE THIS USELESS WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE..... ANSWERS PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!</p>
