Shocking service !!!! Took my elderly parents for a ride quoting them one price to fix a washing machine and then charging more. One day later the machine stops working and now they refuse to come back. Absolute ******

Excellent job
I had this company coming out to fix my refrigerator, they charged me an affordable price which l was pleased with, gave them a go ahead to do the job and they fixed it right away on their first call out. I appreciate their guaranteed service and l highly recommend them.

I really appreciate the service provided with this company. They fixed my refrigerator with an affordable price. They gave me a guarantee of 12 months and I haven't experienced any problem since they came out to attend on it. I really recommend this company.

Doctor fix it stay away
Don't use these people, unless you wanted to be taken for a ride. Paid R1700 of a call out and replacement if a tumbler dryer belt. Got a 3 month guarantee. Less than a month later the tumble dryer stopped working again. They came out told me it was coin stuck in the dryer. Never showed me the coin and left. The first time I used the dryer after that after 15 minutes it stopped working again. I messaged them and tried to call a few times. Left messages and was ignored completely. My friend opened the back or thr machine. I have the photos they never replace and if they did it was ******* the belt is about to snap and film off holes and completely off the mechanism that turns the drum. I warned them I could post on hello Peter and they didn't care

Taken for a ride.
On the 22nd August 2022, Doctor Fix It attended to my washing machine leaking and excessive shaking. He quoted my R1500 for labour only, as according to him, the machine only requires a service. I rejected the quote, but it was then revised to R950. Which I paid. On the 24th August 2022, the washing machine leaked again and shaked excessively. I contacted Doctor Fix It and he advised they will let me know when they can come and have a look again. On the 25th August 2022, I followed up and was advised they will come and they will advise shortly. Needless to say, today is the 1st September 2022, my machine is still leaking and I am still waiting for Doctor Fix It. Personally I believe I was taken for a ride and my money was stolen.
