Shocking service in Cape Town. Uploaded a script for delivery at 8am after surgery and two days later it has not been delivered
Shocking service !!!! Took my elderly parents for a ride quoting them one price to fix a washing machine and then charging more. One day later the machine stops working and now they refuse to come back. Absolute ******
Shocking company , do not use them. They take forever to collect and then when they finally do they pay you much less than the offer you accepted with no explanation !!! Disgusting
I have been without wifi for 10 days now I am beyond frustrated. Webafrica keep blaming Vumatel and vice versa !!!!! Sooooo frustrated with this shocking service.
Shocking service. 2 weeks in Cape Town and my fibre is still not sorted. I keep getting random mails from them about issues i am not even aware of about disruptions to my service which I dont even have. Stay away from using this company !!!
Very unimpressed with the service received. So many items broken and I had perfume ****** from my belongings !!! Would not recommend especially at the high prices charged.
Shocking experience. I was told I could top up on the app which was not the case. Got stranded abroad with no cash and nobody answered the international numbers on the back of the card. Do not use this service from Absa !!!! I had someone go into the bank at home for me with my documents to assist and was told I should rather do it via phone but nobody answers !!!!
Despicable service once again. I ordered an expensive Garmin watch and pay extra for it to be delivered quickly only to open the parcel and find two cords and a face mask inside and then get told I must wait 72 hours!
Despicable service, i am already paying too much for what i am getting and my Wifi is constantly on and off and their is absolutely no after hour service . So now the whole weekend i sit with no wifi. A tech has come out five times to supposedly fix the issue and it is clearly still not fixed.
Shocking service as per usual. After being held up yesterday morning I visited the springs mall branch of MTN and did a sim swap after waiting an hour cause they were offline. 30 hours later and it is still not working. After taking another two hours off work today i was ensured by the lady that it would work by tonight but it still is not working. Absolutely disgraceful service
