LEGENDS CONNECT ZERO CARE / ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE
PATHETIC SERVICE PROVIDER EVER NOT TO MENTION THE STAFF - NOT ONE PERSON FROM LEGENDS OR AEROCOM ATTENDED TO MY COMPLAINT BECAUSE IF THE BIG BOSS DAMIAN CAN TELL A PERSON **** THIS AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN IN MY EAR I DONT SEE WHY I NEED TO BE WITH THIS COMPANY AND ALYCIA FROM ACCOUNT WOW GO LEARN MANNERS AND GROW UP !!!! I HAVE BEEN OFFLINE 3 DAYS AND NOTHING WAS DONE !!!! ALYCIA IS ONE OF THE WORSE PEOPLE TO DEAL WITH . AS A CLIENT SHE MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE A ZERO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

PATHETIC ONCE AGAIN!!!
When it comes to support this function is nil and voided by the company . I am so sick and tired of always having issues with this company and yet not one month did they wait for their payment. I depend on wifi for work we haven't been connected since 12 the morning countless emails sent NOTHING not one respond to tell me what is wrong when you phone which states support is open on Google my call ends after 38 seconds .. Don't understand how they can call them support of there isn't any ...

Pathetic service
I have been with Legends since 2018 and I use to be a very satisfied customer but lately I have to log 3 to 4 calls daily because of connection being lost. This is getting ridiculous.. I work from home but I am forced to go into the office to do work . I have complained numerous occasions and they just don't care. They get paid every month without any reminder but I have to suffer without connection .. I can't deal with this anymore

LEGENDS OF THE FALLEN WIFI, STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!!!
If there was a minus 5 star i would give it! Nothing but inconvenience, no after hours support except through email, but difficult if you don't have data ... We have been with same provider for approx 10 odd years but recently Legends Connect took over and service is appalling, for past month we have had endless problems, we have to pay for a service but get no delivery. I see the review on many platforms and its shocking that people still want to use the Legends of the fallen wifi! I will not pay another cent until my account is sorted, I am most definitely moving forward with another provider and will never in any mean or form recommend or advise anyone of joining. They really DO NOT care for the customers that actually pay for them to have a job otherwise im sure an aftercare hotline or something extra would've been sorted especially if they know so many of us are frustrated with them.
