From frowns to smiles, Tyrell sorted out an interbranch transfer and delivered on a high, assisting me with enthusiasm, support and understanding of my unhappy situation. If I could transfer the 'sale' to him I would because he went above and beyond to assist me where Vereeniging (Arnitt) failed to do. Thank you Tyrell for the patience and help, you handled the situation with professionalism. I recommend you to all potential buyers. I give you 5 stars but my experience with Vereeniging not so much, (Arnitt) he takes long to answer messages, had to wait for photos and then not doing the proper handover at interbranch, I had to wait after I instructed Arnitt over 45min in advance that I was on my way to collect but the vehicle wasn't ready for me, it went back onto the lot & someone else was viewing the vehicle upon my arrival, it was dirty too. Managers James Els and Divan from Vereeniging with assistance from Tyrell got it all sorted.

If there was a minus 5 star i would give it! Nothing but inconvenience, no after hours support except through email, but difficult if you don't have data ... We have been with same provider for approx 10 odd years but recently Legends Connect took over and service is appalling, for past month we have had endless problems, we have to pay for a service but get no delivery. I see the review on many platforms and its shocking that people still want to use the Legends of the fallen wifi! I will not pay another cent until my account is sorted, I am most definitely moving forward with another provider and will never in any mean or form recommend or advise anyone of joining. They really DO NOT care for the customers that actually pay for them to have a job otherwise im sure an aftercare hotline or something extra would've been sorted especially if they know so many of us are frustrated with them.

I received an Call from attorneys stating that my credit card account with FNB has been handed over. I find this to be harsh and unfair business practice as Section 129 of the Act places an obligation on a credit provider to notify the consumer of its intention to hand over for the commencement of legal proceedings prior to doing so which did not happen. I am not aware of any non payment on my account and if that’s the case then there must be a letter, SMS notification, e mail or telephone call expressing my lack of response to payments which I am not aware of. Furthermore if indeed the account is in arrears of which I have NEVER ONCE received a statement, I was never afforded an opportunity to rectify it which I would not refuse as I don’t want a judgement against my name and it would not be necessary for them to institute legal action. The account is fairly new so I do not know why I just get handed over without any notice. This is unfair as hand over must be last resort if FNB has exhausted all reasonable attempts to recover the outstanding installment which i am not aware of. Where is the proof that I was contacted or mailed or anything? I am available on my work phone I provided and they can also get hold of me through e mail, postal or any other communication. I would like FNB to reinstate my account and I will rectify it if there is a need as I would not allow account to be handed over which affect my credit record. I would never abandon my account. I still dont understand why the responsible person who administered the hand over was this harsh. Also the attorney that called me was extremely rude and didn't even bother listening to me when I said that how I can be handed over without any statements etc, she basically raised her voice at me and said it is my responsibility to get a statement and if I need it then I must get hold of the bank directly but the account is now handed over so it is too late. Since I got my card, I have had issues, as I cannot get onto the app and each time I call in to the call centre I get put from pillar to post so I had enough of the drama trying to resolve issues that I gave in. Now my account is handed over, I have other accounts which I pay religiously so why would this be any different??? BECAUSE I DO NOT KNOW WHAT I OWE!!! Send me a latest statement and let me pay it off, I am not using the card as I know that there is an amount due but I don't know what it is in order to pay towards my account. This was totally unfair and I sincerely hope that I can be allowed to rectify and resolve this issue so that I am able to keep using my account with FNB. I am not running away from paying and would like this to be sorted asap.... Contact me on the number provided so this can be dealt with. :(

Ref LF ********** </p> <p>I actually take this as a threat that they will use my details and commit fraud or identity fraud so I am making someone aware that in the event of any of the above this would most likely spring from them because I cancelled my so called service. I will not pay a cancellation fee either. </p>
