I have never come across a courier company that firstly have the rudest customer care service agents and secondly every day the status of my delivery changes. my parcel was due for delivery today the 10/03/2026 before 17h00. I had to phone 3 times for the status every time the call drops then it's another phone call the last agent was supposed to phone me back well in all fairness they didn't say which day. I will not recommend Skynet to anyone
I am highly disgusted with FNB, firstly I am a private client and believe me that means Jack **** to FNB I am paying for a service I don't receive I don't even know who my so-called banker is because there are no regular follow ups secondly this secure chat option on the fnb app is a bunch of ****. If your surname is maybe Nduli maybe, you will get more attention from the bank. six months terms become 7 months because FNB can't deduct correct instalments than you have to wait another month before your expenses change. there's just not going the extra mile. expenses being calculated incorrectly and then you as client being penalized. just shows you no matter where a person goes if you white you are doomed even if you pay exactly the same for service
what a bunch of unprofessional people I have a third party claim and firstly my file was laying at a person for a month before anything was done where I took my personal cellphone to sit on the phone asking what's going on - then I must provide them a sketch where I have no idea what happened seeing I was in my office when the driver of Concorde Recycling left the truck unattended and bumped my vehicle which was actually so dishonest that he wanted to drive away but my car guard stopped him. I was told I must proof it's my vehicle and I must pay for quotes for the third-party claim. when the follow up call happened the person was actually so rude and didn't even give me a chance to speak. they treat me like a ******** because I don't have insurance the owner of the company blocked my calls, and the brokers also blocked my calls
on the 10/07/2025 one of Concord metal drivers bumped my vehicle and was so dishonest that he wanted to drive away. to speak to the brokers a waste of time - I received a claim number on the 15/7/2025 then I received an email from Quest Claims oh my word the most pathetic claims center. my file still not attended to nor does ANYBODY follow up or let me know what they need to finalize this claim. Joke of all this wasn't my fault. the brokers also told me its not a pleasure to deal with me because I am a women that doesn't not say hallelujah if a man speaks to me. its been a month and NOTHING been done
ordered from sixty 60 Meadowdale mall and when I received the catmor I had to throw away 3 bags which was of when I phoned the manager I was told to bring in the box so I have to drive all the way from work for them to do a refund or exchange so from my busy day I must take something back I didn't expect and then I have to hear they never had problems before well reality is i can't feed vrot kos to my cats !! where I have to get time to take something I don't know
I have never in my life experience such bad customer service - I am due for an upgrade, and nobody can tell me why |I can't get an upgrade I have been spending 2 weeks on the phone spending 45 min a day and NOBODY can tell me why and what is wrong from billing to credit to retention to upgrades .. I am fuming !!!!
if there is one collection agency who is the biggest pain in the back site its this useless place - they keep on harassing me at work and the more i tell them to stop they continue and bring me in trouble at work ! i have even practised my right to tell them to cease any further contact with me but they have 3 braincells and all 3 fighting for second place ! I have reported them at the council of debt collectors, and they still continue to harass me at work not once but sometimes 6 times at work! they have NO PEOPLE SKILLS and they after I practised my right to ask them to stop, they continue !! my work is in jeopardy because this stupid idiot just doesn't respect the consumer act. this debt doesn't even exist anymore and has been prescribed but they continue like ****** idiots even the phrase PLEASE CEASE AND DESIST ALL COMMUNICATION WITH ME ABOUT THIS DEBT!!! THEY ARE ****** DEAF!!
According to the National Credit Act, consumers do not have to make payments to credit providers to release loans. If a credit provider is asking you to pay funds up front in order to receive your loan, don't do it. If a credit provider is advertising that no credit check is required then walk away. - DcS LOANS ASK A DEPOSIT OF 1850.00 TO BE PAID IN ORDER TO GET FINANCE ! THIS IS A **** !! WHEN SOMETHING IS TO GOOD TO BE TRUE IT NORMALLY IS !!! SHAME ON YOU FOR GIVING PEOPLE HOPE !!
the only company I know that with a hello on whats aoo being automatically declined and assuming i am under debt review if I am not one of these places where I am being discriminated for being white
tried to apply for a loan with a net income of nearly R45000.00 I dont meet the criteria - rather say I am not black enough to get a loan looks like white people also being discriminated even by small little companies like Blink Finance. bunch of ******
