I became a Dola client a little over three years ago and have never skipped a payment. I ran into some financial difficulties that impacted my credit report, but sorted it out. Dola has since declined me and only once in January did someone explain why that was when I enquired. I, in turn, explained my situation and tried to resolve it from my side - eg paid up accounts that were never updated on ITC. I wanted to apply again this month and was declined again, after being approved three months ago. I tried explaining again that the reason for the decline was not plausible by providing an explanation again and requesting that the application is possibly re-assessed. This time around their agent, as blunt as ever, does not care or bother to listen, instead treating me like I'm ******** and seeking evidence etc. I find this repulsive and inconsiderate. Even when I wanted to update banking details a few years back, she could not speak to clients in a professional manner. I despise that, as I'm in customer service myself and always respect clients. Just three months ago I complimented another agent for her exceptional service just to be thrown this wild, inconsiderate card this time. Appalling. News flash - she may be ruining your company image with this bad attitude.
