Disappointed 😞

So disappointed at this dolcelooks service especially when I am a first time customer. I regret buying hair there. Worse hasn't seen the quality .biught online..The dishonest I got ,late responds from them.bought hair 31 May 2025 til today 12 June I havnt received my hair. I was told( late whatsapp) respond that my order will be ready Tuesday or Wednesday no tracking number no communication for any delays. I am upset 😡 😤 😒 stressed because I feel 😱 ****med... I will never ever buy hair there. They said on their ads 3 to 5 days and 7 rural areas. 8 +days no hair and paid and got zero... poor poor service
