Today I was at the airport by 07:30am to pick up a car that I rented for the whole month, when I get there I did all the paperwork when I pay they said this is not a cheque card but a cheque account and they need a holding deposit of r16000.00 which I didn’t budget for I was expecting them to take about R3800.00 as per our agreement online. Am really so hurt now I have to cancel my booking and request a full refund. Am frustrated and late for work now I have to use uber the whole month, to & from work. I
