Bad Business Practice

I created a sub-domain, installed Wordpress and proceeded to develop a website using their hosting. Mind you I’m a first time user but have many years experience in this space having worked with Afrihost and going on to start my own hosting company. Anyhu I Made great progress the past couple of days untill today.

Logged into the Wordpress Dashboard this evening to continue working on the site and I found that i couldn't work on the site. Everytime i try access the landing page through the dashboard i get routed to a coming soon page which is linked to the site builder they have.

I checked file manager and i saw that they added a new index file called spb_index and tempered with the original wordpress index page leading me to constantly land on their SPB page. I did not ask for this i just saw it there without my consent.

Firstly, why are you editing my files without my permission? Why are you forcing me to use a page builder i have no intention of using? If i had to take this up with the National Consumer Commission domains would not have a great time. I have great relationships with the people at NCC so i can take it that far if need be.

It’s not a big of deal for that but I hate this kind of business practice. It’s despicable.
