02 Dec 2025, 14:39Good day Nico, Thank you for taking the time to leave your review. We have reviewed your account and the ticket submitted yesterday, and would like to apologize for any frustration caused. Whenever a payment is made with a credit card, an encrypted token is generated that can never be used by anyone else. This token is uniquely generated between the gateway and the merchant. Only the token is saved on our system; the credit card details are never saved. As the original payment was initiated by you using a card through one of the automatic gateways, the token was saved as per our Terms and Conditions. To avoid this in the future, you can make use of one of our manual payment gateways, e.g., PayFast, Instant EFT or standard EFT. We apologize for the inconvenience this has caused, and can confirm that the token has been deleted and the account has been set to manual payment going forward. Should you require any further details or assistance regarding the above, please feel free to reach out to us.
Best regards,
