An ******* debit was made on my account at 02:16am in the morning. While I was asleep. I could not have authorized it on 3D Secure because I was asleep. Sorry Nedbank ***** department -its just not possible. So please do not accuse me of authorizing the transaction. Its just not humanly possible. You are just looking for a way out. It took you more than a month to investigate this and all you do is to point the finger at me. This whole episode has been a nightmare for me. After I reported the ******* transaction you locked my account. I could not even buy food or electricity. You told me to go to the branch. I did. It was still not unlocked. So why are you punishing your customer? I don't get it. This has been a very bad experience or me. First a victim of getting ****** and then a victim of a bank that just does not care.
Be very careful with this hosting company. They will ***** your card details. Then they blame the Gateway card processing company. Your card details will get "tokenised" and they can use it whenever they want to - to deduct money from your bank account. Your 2FA wont block them because when you made payment you clicked on a check box stating that you accept the T&C's . Be very careful when you make a payment with a card.
Utterly useless. An ******* deduction was made from my account by my Hosting company. I reported it to Nedbank and the virtual card used was removed. BUT then Nedbank also locked my profile. Meaning I had no money for food or electricity. Have you ever seen a hungry child asking you for food and you cant feed her? As a parent it is devastating. So first my money got ****** and then I was denied access to my back account by Nedbank. Useless. Avoid this bank at all costs.
Do not trust them . They gave me a payment break due to severe illness and now at the end of the three months they have handed me over to the lawyers and they expect FULL payment of the three months payment break. So in essence the lawyers want FOUR months of installments. Why was I handed over to the lawyers if a payment arrangement was in place? Once again shows you that they only care about money.
Battling to get the original RC1 after I have paid up the vehicle. I cant sell the vehicle without the original Ownership (green) certificate. I have sent several letter to the person that sent me the Paid-up letter, Drew Maclew, but its just getting ignored. So they were happy to take my money but not happy to help me afterwards.
Worst bank ever. If there was a negative star rating I would rate them negative billion. When my wife opened a bank account at the Strand Branch of FNB, they insisted that she uses her married surname. She prefers her ****en surname because all of her documentation identifies her on the ****en surname. Why can the account not be in her ****en surname? Can someone at FNB please explain?
All fine and dandy until you get ill. You expect the Credit Cover to kick in that you have paid for many years. No it does not. They want you to jump through hoops before you can get it. I am very ill with heart problems. They expect you to get out of your sickbed and go to the branch. Then they send you a section 129 and expect you to pay the full amount due. HOW ? While you are in your sickbed? They absolutely do not care.
Its all fine and dandy until you have a heart attack and you loose your job. Even if you have never missed a payment you now will now suffer inhuman treatment. Applying to their so called Debt Care Center is useless. The credit protection plan that was included in the loan that was explained to you when you signed for the loan as "this will help you when you have problems" is a lie. That payment for their so called "Credit Protection" is money down the drain. Useless. These people don't care at all. Even if you are in hospital on a respirator they will expect you to jump to their commands. Stay away.
Terrible service especially the way they treated the third party. Who made the ruling of 70/30 damage imbur*****t and why must the third party pay the 70% ? When I joined no one told me about this. They said the third party's vehicle will be fixed. They did not say it will take five months. Now I have the third party hammering on my door and want to sue me for the outstanding amount.
It is now week three and the car is not even at the panel beater yet. Why is this taking so long? I have asked if I can take it to the panel beater of my choice that I trust, and the answer is yes, but that will cost you extra. So basically that means we will fix your car to our (Naked Insurance) standard, but if you want it done properly it will cost you extra. I don't understand how an assessor can just take a look at the photos and then make an assessment? He/She must have X-Ray eyes. What about structural damage? Is this car safe to drive? I have not been told what will be repaired? How is this being transparent? Once again I have fallen for Marketing. Good price but absolutely useless when they have to settle a claim.
