What an experience to deal with them! I would not even give them the one star! Its been a fight for 2 days for them to install a geyser, insisting I need to pay the excess before they will commence work. I told them "what if there is a problem, then I have paid you already, how do I know they going to resolve the matter? We will sort it out immediately!' The geyser was only leaking, it was still warming water and working perfectly in that regard. Well I am sitting without a drop of hot water, because their plumber blew the fuse on my electrical box because he change the direction of the wiring - then want to blame a timer that does not work and is not even connected to anything more than 5 years. Then when I get hold of their after hour number, the lady slams the phone down in my husbands ear.
The manager called me, I think her name is Jacky (not 100%) ensures me she has personally called our insurance and told them to send and electrician out. Well that not happening but they sure where fast to collect their money!
I am really very disappointed in the service delivery I received, definitely will not be referring them to anyone. I have a child at home with ear infection and he had to shower in ice cold water.
They are all comfy in their homes with nice working hot water. really pathetic!
I cannot see how they managed to get onto the bank insurance panel!!!!!
