I have been charged for showmax on my account every month for the past 4 month. When I try to log in to showmax I get a message saying I don't have a subscription! What has Vox done with the 4 premiums I have paid. When you call VOX you get told to email. Once you email you get a resolved email back, and that's the end of it. I have called them several times with no joy. Just get transferred from one person to the next!!!!!!
I ordered a product, paid for it and then was told it out of stock. Do I want a refund of a credit. I asked for a refund, it a month now and they are refusing to deposit my money!
Worst Over night service ever! I don't think they know what over night service means - for them it is 6 days!!!!!!! When you complain and ask to speak to someone in charge the phone gets slammed down in your ear. I spoke to the guys in Durban - Luwyn - and they still can't tell me when I can expect the parcel. They keep you on hold for long periods at a time hoping you will just hang up. When I spoke to Michael from the JHB branch he said that overnight is the next business day. What an experience to deal with them! I would not even give them the one star! Its been a fight for 2 days for them to install a geyser, insisting I need to pay the excess before they will commence work. I told them "what if there is a problem, then I have paid you already, how do I know they going to resolve the matter? We will sort it out immediately!' The geyser was only leaking, it was still warming water and working perfectly in that regard. Well I am sitting without a drop of hot water, because their plumber blew the fuse on my electrical box because he change the direction of the wiring - then want to blame a timer that does not work and is not even connected to anything more than 5 years. Then when I get hold of their after hour number, the lady slams the phone down in my husbands ear. The manager called me, I think her name is Jacky (not 100%) ensures me she has personally called our insurance and told them to send and electrician out. Well that not happening but they sure where fast to collect their money! I am really very disappointed in the service delivery I received, definitely will not be referring them to anyone. I have a child at home with ear infection and he had to shower in ice cold water. They are all comfy in their homes with nice working hot water. really pathetic! I cannot see how they managed to get onto the bank insurance panel!!!!!
I bought a Whirlpool washing/dryer combo from Makro in December 2019, cost me over R7500.00 as I took an extended warranty as well. In Jan 2020 the machine broke , giving me a fault code F05 and I logged a call for it to be repaired. The technician came out and said he can't find anything wrong. In December 2020 the machine starting giving me hassles again, this time it gives me a F13, so I logged another repair call. So on the 7th January 2021 the technician came out but did not do the repair as he was waiting for a part. On the 11th the technician came out in the morning and did the repair. On the 11th when I got home the machine was still giving a F13 error code. I contacted the technician on whatsapp, said he will come around and have a look. By the 19th of January 2021, after numerous messages, there still was no one there. I ended up Calling Makro, speaking to Jonathan, he said he will sort it out. The technician came out a day or two later. On 1 February 2021 the machine once again gave me a F13 error code. I send the technician a message again with no response. Today 05 February 2021 I phoned Makro to resolve the issue, and I get told that there is only one call logged and that the original called was a waste of the Whirlpool technicians time cause there was nothing wrong with the machine. Now I am sitting with a machine that means nothing to me and I have to put up a fight to have it replaced.
Today I went to Makro Pietermaritzburg to buy some items. I went there directly after collecting my son from school. When I got there the lady at the door was extremely rude to my 13 year son. She refused to let my son into the store because he was wearing a face shield instead of a mask. She treated my child like he is a criminal and standing shouting at him. She was very racist towards my son. This is unacceptable. I requested to speak to the manager, he refused to come out of his office and said its not his job. When we phoned Makro headoffice we spoke to Anthony Vermeulen - he said he will get back to us - but I don't know he is planning on doing it if he did not take our number? According to Makro a face shield is not sufficient as a preventive measure for Covid? So with other words the World Health Org does not know what they are doing? Our government does not know what they are doing? This is unacceptable!
A year ago i placed a order with debonairs and it took 3 hours for delivery. I did not order from them since then. Tonight we decide lets give the a try again because i am sure they would have sorted the problem out by now. Oh boy was I wrong. I placed an order at 19H38 and at 21H10 still not received anything. Their excuse is its raining and the online orders is a problem. Now thsts pathetic!
I ordered a Toasted sandwich from Steers in Commercial road, Pietermaritzburg. I am 900m from them. It takes and hour and 10min to deliver to me and then the order is not even correct. When you phone the store they have a very laid back attitude. Pathetic!
I ordered and paid for a fathers day gift on the 15th of May 2018. On the 4th of June a followed up about delivery. I was told next week it will be send out. And that is the same story every week. Until today I have not yet received what I paid for. When I reported them on Facebook, I was threatened with a defamation lawsuit. Now you don't get a hold of anyone there. They promised me a refund but nothing is happening. They are a scam and takes peoples money without anything to show for it.
