LOUIS VELDTSMAN MECHANIC
Do not take your vehicle to this place for any mechanical work to be done! The mechanic also named louis veldtman the son of the owners is a rip of! I took my vehicle to him for repairs, this guy drove 5000km! On my vehicle, with a broken head bolt at the cylinder head which he claimed he repaired the 1st week the car was with him. a R1500 fine which then turn into a warrant which he eventually sorted out after i had to struggle with him to get in done for months. i had to pretend to be a client, contacted him to bring in a vehicle for him to look at in order to get to him at the workshop to get my car! My car is messed up alot more worse then what it was when i took it to him i drove my car to him i couldn't even drive the car back home my wife got stucked right down the road from there workshop. I paid this guy R13000 rand to repair my car, he can't provide me with any parts or slips that he bought or replace the parts he says he did, besides for a head gasket, a aftermarket water bottle tht leaked like it's raining under the bonnet an alternator which a MECHANIC HE SAYS HE IS couldn't pick up that the alternator regulator was faulty, his parents that claims that his not part of there business an they don't get involved with his clients, was quick to write out **** slips with spare shops named on the slips, his father was quick to help him trying to put everything back together on the car but they don't get involved! And to chase my wife an brother from his property grabbing my car key's an locking the car while the car was standing outside of his property swearing and threatening my wife and brother inlaw. Louise veldtsman mechanic robs people from there hard earned money. DO NOT FALL FOR HIS SMOOTH TALKS, IT'S ALL LIES!

Outstanding customer service to repair an old model car!
This company really puts customer service first! I had an insurance claim (via Outsurance) for a repair on a 2008 Honda Jazz. Difficult to find parts for a 16 year old car, but Michelle persisted until she found what was needed. And as I needed the car at varying times, she was very accommodating and flexible with timing. Louis knows exactly what to do when it comes to repairs. I’ll definitely go there as well when I have a non-insurance job to be done!

They did an excellent job on my car. Michelle kept me up to date on the progress of my vehicle. Excellent workmanshop and friendly management. My car came back better than expected and was done on the time that we agreed on. I will recommend anyone to go there.

Louis is a ****mer this guy, you pay him to fix your car and keeps you car for months just telling you lie after lie you'll get your back in a worst condition then what it was when you took it to him this guy. You drive your car to him, you'll tow it away from him.
