This company really puts customer service first! I had an insurance claim (via Outsurance) for a repair on a 2008 Honda Jazz. Difficult to find parts for a 16 year old car, but Michelle persisted until she found what was needed. And as I needed the car at varying times, she was very accommodating and flexible with timing. Louis knows exactly what to do when it comes to repairs. I’ll definitely go there as well when I have a non-insurance job to be done!
I have had several cars insured with OUTsurance for about 15 years. Had to claim for the first time last week. What a surprise! The whole process was slick and easy and in a few days the claim was settled without fuss. Shoutout to Nolene who guided me through the process!
After some maintenance on their server last week, 1-Grid had problems with authentication for users of Apple devices. Now obviously those problems should not have happened, but they did and the result drove us mad as we had a fault report every few seconds. I raised a support ticket on a Saturday morning and a technician called AJ sprung into action, found what the problem was and gave me advice for a temporary solution, which was effective on MacOS equipment but not on iOS (phone and iPad). He told me that he had contacted their supplier for urgent assistance and a permanent fix and I asked him to please get back to me when this has been done. A few hours later, his colleague Zuan reported that the issue had now been fixed and asked if I could please confirm that 'on my side'. What was really impressive was not only that they solved the problem effectively (after all, that is their job), but how they kept me informed and communicated clearly (after all I'm not a 'techie') on progress until we had agreed that all was well. I think many businesses can learn from that: communication with your clients is everything!
Good service from Autoworks Milnerton. Excellent feedback on progress, not cheap but reasonable pricing. And when there was a small follow up needed, they were extremely helpful in sorting it out!
After having been let down elsewhere, we took our large (>6000 pages) and complicated print job to Postnet Emporium in Sandown. Robyn, the lady in charge, went out of her way to get enough paper to do the job (she did not have enough in stock). And although the job took us half an hour beyond their usual closing time, she was happy enough to finish it. Service with a smile, thanks Robyn!
