Terrible service
The panel beater did not once contact me without me first contacting them. They failed to provide feedback when requested and when they said they would. They had my car for close to three weeks.

Failure after failure from Afrihost
I have been trying to get fibre service from Afrihost. It took them 3 weeks to arrange installation through frogfoot of the connection, then a full month to get me the router. However they have sent an incorrectly configured router. this was only admitted to after hours on the telephone, many whatsapp messages and emails with lots of finger pointing at me as the customer and Frogfoot. I heard that the person I was dealing with really wanted to help me but just couldn't so many times, that after nealth two months, with only about 12 days of service using my own old router, I decided to cancel the service. I have sent 6 emails to an escalation email address, I have called and I have requested call backs. But I have not yet received any feedback on how I will be refunded for the days of service I did not receive. Extremely poor customer service.

Online sales unhelful
<p>On 15 May I placed an online order from Mr Price Home after great difficulty. Apparently they were working on the website, and it took all day for me to place one order. I had to place the order that day, because I need the products by the end of the week. During the repeated attempts to place the order, I managed to choose the incorrect size for a duvet cover. I did not notice this until I had placed the order. I immediately emailed the help address, and asked that the order be changed or cancelled. I have placed incorrect order with other online vendors, and they have been able to assist. Mr Price Online however, is not able to edit an order. The response I got from Reagan Naicker included no suggestions for corrective action beyond that I could return the item when I receive it. This of course will require another order, and an additional fee for express delivery to the store. I am extremely unimpressed by the lack of assistance, and will be unlikely to place another order with Mr Price Home or other brands online anytime in the near future.</p>
