Where is my bike?

My finance was approved on 8 Nov 2018 to by a new BMW F850GS bike. This is the forth bike i bought from them. i want a white one and they do not have a white in stock. Today is 15 Nov and still i do not have a bike. What happened to customer service? why can't they get me a bike from BMW SA as my finance was approved more than a week ago. Now they tell me they will have one in the next 10 days, really??
