Everything worked perfectly and smoothly, from the moment when I booked the courier, the payment and then the pickup of the machine in Pretoria and the delivery on time at my place!!

Where is my bike?
My finance was approved on 8 Nov 2018 to by a new BMW F850GS bike. This is the forth bike i bought from them. i want a white one and they do not have a white in stock. Today is 15 Nov and still i do not have a bike. What happened to customer service? why can't they get me a bike from BMW SA as my finance was approved more than a week ago. Now they tell me they will have one in the next 10 days, really??
