I had booking for 15-19 April 2024 made by the company I work for via an agent. On the day I was supposed to check in at around 11h00. the hotel called to tell me they have a problem with their rooms and I was going to be sleeping in another hotel in town, which i had slept at before. I refused because I had my reasons for not booking in that alternative hotel in the first place. So they chose another, I was so ****ed but I agreed. The arrangement was that the kitchen would call me everyday to make my order for the meals(Breakfast & Dinner) and they were going to be delivered to where I was staying. The breakfast was delivered late in such a way that one of the days i did not have it at all, I had to constantly call to remind them to deliver my meals it was annoying. I did not get neither a refund for the breakfast i did not receive or even an apology would have been nice. No one from management even bothered to apologized for the inconvenience. When I arrived to check in the supervisor was there but she did not even come to me and explain what happened. Only to find out that they took a larger/group booking and there was no room left for me. the issue with the room was all a lie.
