Dont Q, who are you kidding

After having forked out over R1000 for my drivers licence renewal, I sms the number provided DLCA, 3 weeks ago I receive a response the my licence has been produced. After 2 weeks and 5 phone calls to the useless back office staff at Dont Q, and multiple reassurances that I will be called back and given a status up date, I am jet to receive any feedback as to where my drivers licence is after having been produced 3 weeks ago. The reason we paid for a service is to get service nor to be thrown into a black hole and left in the dark. This service lacks service, stay away and save your money !
