Total lack of service by Don't-Q

In April last year I approached a company called Don't Q as I needed to get my husband's unabridged birth certificate. I was assisted by a lady by the name of Mirriam Skosana, I expressed the difficulties I had been having with Home Affairs and she immediately assured me that they would have no problem getting me the document and that it would just take a couple of days, she then asked me to make a payment of R950, which I did without hesitation as her confidence had convinced me that I was in good hands. I gave her all the relevant documents as well as receipts of payments made to Home Affairs, yet she sent me all the same documents to fill in again. Anyway I did every thing I could to facilitate the process yet they failed to deliver and still I wait!!! I was patient knowing that Home Affairs are quite something to deal with, however I would have thought that with their contacts and experience as well as the speed with which they asked for payment, that they would be able to deliver, yet here I still am waiting for the service that I paid for!!!
