<p>I ordered bedding from them Dot. Everything looked legit from paying online with my card to receiving a tracking number and a website to track on. The website said the parcel arrived in South Africa 10 June. I have contacted the South African Postal Service but they say the tracking number does not exist. I tried emailing Dot, but the email address no longer exists and neither does their website.</p> <p> </p> <p>Fantastic scam, as everything looks above board, but trust me it is not! Do not order anything from them!!</p>

<p>Ordered bedding from this company via an add they placed on facebook the beginning of May. After 2 days I received communication woth a tracking number as well as a statement that said that their are delays due to people sending false proof-of-payments from STD bank.</p> <p>Every time I tried checking the order tracking online, it was un-updated. I e-mailed them on numerous occasions but never recieved any responce. </p> <p>It is now 2 months later, and still no order received. I have also been blocked on facebook from seeing any of their posts. They use fake facebook profiles to post into groups and then require people to leave an e-mail adress. There is no contact numbers to be found anywhere. </p> <p>Please all be carefull</p>

<p>On 12 April 2017, I ordered and paid for a dress from Dotshopify. After several attempts to get information as to how long will delivery take place, without response, I then decided to place my order since the dress was for an emergency and were urgently needed. After I placed the order, two days later without any respons still, I contacted Dot via facebook. Which after a day responded that the dress will not be in time. </p> <p> </p> <p>I immediatley emailed DOT, cancelling the order and requesting for a refund as I needed to order the dress from somewhere else. The first response was that the dress was already on its way. I regarded this as a lie since I did not placed any address on my order and made a note that I be contacted for an address. I insisted that I don's want the dress and want my money urgently back. </p> <p> </p> <p>I got a response that my refund will take 7-14 days, which I objected as I needed my money urgently back. I was of the opinion that DOT utilize a SA bank account and failed to understand why it could take so long for a refund.</p> <p>Until today did I not get my money back. I've emailed them several times but still to no response. I've requested a telephobe number via Facebook, but still no response.</p> <p> </p> <p>I AM DISGUSTED AND WANT MY MONEY BACK TODAY STILL FROM THEM!</p>
