On 16 January 2018, I visited the PEP store in Laingsburg to buy a pullover for my kid whom started a new school. When I arrived, there were no stock in his size and was then assisted by the store manager and an assistant. They ensured me that they are awaiting stock but will let me know as soon as it arrive- which they did within 2 hours!!! Their service was beyond going the extra mile and such service should be recognized!!! Thank you very much Janet and the other lady whom assisted (am sorry that I did not took her name)!!!!
<p>On 3 July 2017 at 16H56, my brother did a cash deposit at the Plettenberg Bay branch, ATM NR 10067, into y husband's account. The deposit was unsuccesfull but the ATM did not returned the money. Luckly was there still an employee of ABSA at the branch that time whom told my brother that they will sort it out the following morning as the bank was already closed. On 4 July 2017, the money was still not paid into the account and my brother consulted the branch, where he was told they only do cash ups at the end of the day and will then deposit the money into the account. Until now...no money was deposited.</p> <p> </p> <p>I tried to contact the number of the branch but get automatically diverted to the George branch where I spoke to a person whom told me there is nothing I can do accept for my brother going to the branch again and again until the money is paid. This was the last straw as my brother is working and don't have time to go to the branch again nor have access to a phone to make all these fruitless calls.</p> <p> </p> <p>On 5 July 2017, I contacted the complaints department of ABSA whom lodge a complaint with reference number ********** . The process was explained to me which I find very disturbing....I can't wait any longer for the money as it was for the payment of an account. This is very frustrating and would like it to be resolved before the end of business day today still.</p> <p> </p>

<p>My husband deposited a cheque into his capitec account on 19 May 2017- cheque is from Post Bank. After he deposited the cheque he was told that the money will be accessible after 14 days in his account. This however was very frustrating as we needed the cash immediately as we are in a process of buying a car. He then asked that the cheque be given back to him as he wanted to get it cashed out at Post Bank, but were told it was already processed. After much frustration and depression, I called the branch manager whom very nicely suggested that he would put in a special request for the clearance. However, this also will take 8-10 working days. </p> <p> </p> <p>After I seeked help on Hello Peter, Pheliwe Baartman contacted my husband on 22 May 2017and assured him that the money will be available for withdrawal on 25 May 2017. At about 09h00 on 25 May 2017, we visited the new Knysna Capitec branch at the mall. I cant describe how satisfied we are, within an hour was the money available. </p> <p> </p> <p>I want to comment Pheliwe Baartman and the new Capitec branch in Knysna for the outstanding service!!! The team work the capitec branch staff shown in Knysna is very oustanding and I want to extend our sincere appreciation for the extra mile that all of you went. You were very very very very professional!!!!!!!</p>

<p> </p> <p>On 28 February 2017 I visited a doctor. After their submission of a claim to the medical aid, was I informed that the medical did not paid the whole amount. I contacted the call centre and was informed that the doctor was not nominated. I regard this as false, as I submitted a nomination form on 23 January 2017. This nomination was rectified on 6 April 2017 but the outstanding amount to the doctor was not settled.</p> <p> </p> <p>I hereby request that the outstanding amount be paid before it incur interest as I am not responsible for this outstanding amount. I submitted the nomination form well in advance and GEMS failed to update my details accordingly. It is now almost 2 months that I am calling and emailing in this regard.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p>Furthermore, in January 2017 did I changed options from Ruby to Emerald Value and was I informed that savings from the previous year will be paid to me after 4 months. The 4 months passed end of April 2017 and no payment was made. When I called the call centre was I told it will take 6 months. I am very very very disturbed by this!!! I would like to get a payout of my savings as a matter of urgency with nu further delay and new information!!!!</p> <p> </p>

After I placed the order, two days later without any respons still, I contacted Dot via facebook. Which after a day responded that the dress will not be in time. </p> <p> </p> <p>I immediatley emailed DOT, cancelling the order and requesting for a refund as I needed to order the dress from somewhere else. The first response was that the dress was already on its way. I regarded this as a lie since I did not placed any address on my order and made a note that I be contacted for an address. I insisted that I don's want the dress and want my money urgently back. </p> <p> </p> <p>I got a response that my refund will take 7-14 days, which I objected as I needed my money urgently back. I was of the opinion that DOT utilize a SA bank account and failed to understand why it could take so long for a refund.</p> <p>Until today did I not get my money back. <p>I just want to compliment Pfano Luruli from Sanlam Sky for his consistent excellent customer service. I did an enquiry pertaining to my policies during the last month and could not be assisted via the call centre. I resorted to email Pfano and got immediate response. </p> <p> </p> <p>He is indeed a champion!!!</p>
