This is the second time that bought from them and within months the mattress is sagging. Money thrown away. At least the 1st time they sent a new mattress and I paid for transport. Now they don't have a delivery service so I must bring the mattress to them in Nigelso they can check it. Like I have time for this and my own bakkie just lying around!!!!!!!! No customer service at all.
ordered kfc from mr d. driver arrived and the mash had all opened and leaked in the packet. 2 mash fell out on the floor and the others were all over the other food. reported it and call centre said they would credit me 150 rand. i said no my order was over 390. i sent further pics. no response and only 89-20 refunded.
i ordered various products online. the site is totally false where most items show and say that you are ordering a an item with a quantity of say 20 yet they only mean 1 of that item. the site does not show this clearly and i had several people check to see what they though. totally manipulative. then send emails and no replies for a week now. very bad all round and no feedback.

shocking service. i applied and was approved for a pnp store account. i got my card and for 2 weeks i used it and no problem. then week 3 it declines my card saying no credit account. this after i had just paid 4000 into the card and still had a large limit available. call the call centre and they say all sorted. next week again same decline. i call them from the store and for over and hour they try different things and even tell me my card is damaged and issue a new card. still no luck. card wont work and i am again embarassed. agent tells me a manager will call me monday. still holding my breath. absolutely useless service.
terrible customer service. after joining the gym for my family, we find out the consultant failed to tell us about a january increase and then lies that she told us. but more importantly said we would get the benefits on the black tag members but then management changed their minds and dont allow that for us. the wanderers branch is the guilty party. the branch managers pushed us from pillar to post and the head office service is no better. since mid january they still cant sort this out and now dont even reply to me. the whole service of this group is useless. beware before joining.
i have lodged a third party claim and send all paperwork over 2 weeks ago. i have had nothing happen since. all i get is that they waiting for an assessor. thats bull. their client smashed me and i have to sit and wait, thankfully i am not their client and never will be with this service.
useless service. paid for cleaning products but cleaner didnt bring any. cleaning was also average. was told they would refund me. still no refund. got a 52 rand credit. what must i do with that?
