I made a lay-by then cancelled now waiting for a year to refund me. They requested proof, I WhatsApp it now their chats are lost and mine as well. Surelly they have bank statements, my bank is charging for history statements, they keep making promises.

2 seperate bad experiences with them last year, but the worst is my beds, still under warranty but 3 and half months later still have not received my new beds. Even messaged the manager in Dec but he ignored my messages and the sales ladie or store manager from Vanderbijlpark had an excuse every week as I have to enquire and she also in Dec ignored my calls and messages! When you phone and ask for a manager number, they aren't allowed to give that out! Seriously pathetic and will never buy anything from any Double click store again!!!

. I did a layby for over 6 months on two single beds and a lounge suite. I made the final payment a few days ago. Firstly they couldn't tell me when delivery could take place and then promised to get back to me but never did. Then they started ignoring my phone calls and WhatsApps. My wife and I even went to their store and they made us wait for over a half an hour . Still could not supply us with a decent answer. Please see WhatsApp I received from the store eventually after I had to follow up myself again with them: Good day so no one has The couch because it's discontinued but the warehouse is still making One for you and we also did place an order For The bed you'll get it some time next week. That is the WhatsApp message. I got hold of the operations manager, Anton. After I complained and argued with him. I had to follow up again with him after 2 hours. He had the following to say to me: He is happy to refund me Why am I buying at Double Click Furniture if I am complaining He took his staff's word over mine by saying that the sales lady asked if she could order the items (hence my payment was not finished yet). This is a lie as nothing had been communicated to me. When I told him that I will inform the public on Facebook regarding the above situation, he said he will make sure to block me. (Already this rings bells that he is afraid of the public knowing the truth) He has no customer experience He tries to blame you as a customer for choosing apparently a material for the lounge suit , yet it is the exact same one they had on display in their store I would like to speak to his superior but he claims he is the superior Awesome furniture but honestly a bad experience with Anton and some of his staff.

Really disappointed at the service. I purchased a bed which is still under a 15 year warranty. The bed is just 2 years old and is sinking in, even tho it states 120kg per each side. I contacted the Secunda branch and the person says to me that I can bring the bed to them and they can repair it but the cost would come to me even tho its still under warranty. I will definitely not purchase from this store again after being a loyal customer for many years. Really disappointing.

My mom came to double click Edenvale, she bought a lot of things including headboards and 2 lounges Zingisa assisted her with patience and a big smile, the branch is full of nice people their service is top notch but Zingisa takes a cup always smiling and laughing with every customer that comes, keep the good customer service Zingisa well done. I hope you treat all your customers with smile and love like you treated my mother.

I am totally impressed by the service i received from the Glen Marais (Glen Ballad) branch , from the first day i came in, i was welcomed by friendly staff special mention to Hope who assisted me sourcing my beautiful coffee table and the manager who went the extra mile of ensuring i receive my delivery on the promised date, They waited until I came back from work at 6:30 pm , they delivered at 7pm when the shop closes at 5pm, if that is not going an extra mile for your customers, i do know what is. , Thank you for making my shopping experience amazing!!, I am definitely coming back to buy more furniture

I bought a corner couch from double click furnitures in Northcliff corner in December 2024. They delivered the couches to me between the 18th and 19th of December, on the 06th January I sent a whatsApp message to them informing them that the couch quality is very poor as the couch was already beginning to sag, I sent numerous messages to them but no assistance. Early February I was informed that the manager from the factory would contact me to come and assess the couches., but there has been nothing since. I have sent numerous messgaes butvstill nothing from double click northcliff corner. They are very bad with their customer service. They are not reverting back to me about what they intend to do about their poor quality couches. I would never recommend anyone to purchase from them. Their furniture is extremely poor quality and even worst service. And they just want to make sales and get the money in but have no customer care at all
