I made a lay-by then cancelled now waiting for a year to refund me. They requested proof, I WhatsApp it now their chats are lost and mine as well. Surelly they have bank statements, my bank is charging for history statements, they keep making promises.

Woolworths I give you a 4 today because you are good . However you embarrassed me when I reached home and lifted my bags out from my booth all my plastic bags tore and all my goods roled down the stairs and glass items broke. Your bags are weak. Please ensure your quality checks are done before you pass and sell them. Very bad! this is not the firts time this happened.
