Double Click Furniture ***********.
I bought a bedroom set from Double Click Furniture more than 2 months ago. The dresser was scratched and the sales person said that the unit would be replaced asap. It is 2 months later and they just let me know that the delivery is not happening today after waiting the whole day yesterday when delivery was promised. I was at the shop 3 times in the last 3 weeks to get this resolved and still no action taken. Many messages back and forth all with empty promises. When I posted a bad review on their website they asked me to remove it and that the issue would be resolved asap. That didn't happen. After sales service one of the worst I ever experienced. Not happy at all with Double click Bonearo Park.

07 Jan 2025, 18:197 January 2025 and still not resolved. The "Manager" after this post called me and asked to delete the post if the delivery was made asap. Only to discover that the "Manager" was a sales person from a different branch. They delivered a set in worst condition than the first. Today I received a whatsapp that my lounge suite will be delivered on the 26th of Jan 2025. The whole discussion is about a bedroom set.... really. I was contacted to accept delivery on 6 December and that didn't happen. When I asked a week later about delivery they said the set was at the DC just doing quality checks. I asked, if quality checks are being done now how were they going to deliver the set on 6 December... I was ignored again.... It is now 7 January, still waiting.
