#BlackFriday Makro has excelent deals, just bought a Vacuum Cleaner, Bennet Read Industrial Vacuum and the price was R600 better than any place searched on the Net. Also check out deals on Fridges with built in inverters for Load Shedding times.

Good, quick support service.
For the first time my home fiber was down for a few hours. This was on a Saturday night. My SP contacted Vumatel and they were onsite the next morning at 8:00 AM - This being a Sunday of all days. They called afterwards, 3 times to confirm that all was still in order and connected. Very good, quick support service.

Double Click Furniture ***********.
I bought a bedroom set from Double Click Furniture more than 2 months ago. The dresser was scratched and the sales person said that the unit would be replaced asap. It is 2 months later and they just let me know that the delivery is not happening today after waiting the whole day yesterday when delivery was promised. I was at the shop 3 times in the last 3 weeks to get this resolved and still no action taken. Many messages back and forth all with empty promises. When I posted a bad review on their website they asked me to remove it and that the issue would be resolved asap. That didn't happen. After sales service one of the worst I ever experienced. Not happy at all with Double click Bonearo Park.

Frogfoot more DOWN than UP!
Frogfoot is running the fiber in my complex for all ISP's and they are more down than up. They give the feedback that there was a fiber break. I just don't understand how the fiber would break for 2 days in a row at exactly 10:00AM. The previous week also a Monday and Tuesday it went down 10:00AM. Then down for at least 10 hours. When I asked if I could pay a percentage for the month that I was down I was told that they have no SLA with customers. If Im down for a week that my problem.

DSTV decoder A2 is horrible.
In the last 6 months I have been to DSTV store 5 times to swap different dstv decoders. This is the A2. I was told that I could only get refurbished decoders. The way I see it they only wrap plastic around it and do a factory reset. I have to reboot my 3 decoders at least 3 times a day. These decoders are either the worst model or I get bad refurbished ****. I pay over R1000 a month. If you take out a mobile contract and pay R1000 a month you can get a mobile device worth over R20000. Can't dstv do a bit more and not give you a R499 decoder for that price. Or if you have insurance at least give you a new decoder to swap for the faulty unit.

DSTV Telephone call recorded.. Yeah right, because you are in the wrong it's GONE.
I have been with Multichoice for about 20 years. Never missing a payment. Last month I called DSTV to use my 3rd decoder (extra view) as a holiday home decoder. I asked if it could stay at holiday home on permanently. Dstv said that would cost and extra subscription, meaning double the payment, 2 x subscriptions. I said absolutely NO! I pay so much per month not a cent extra. So DSTV said they can switch it on for 30 days. I agreed. Only to get billed over R2000 this month. Apparently you pay per day, 30 days over R900. When I asked for the recording of the telephone call its nowhere to be found. Now my DSTV is switched off. After almost 20 years I get this from DSTV/Multichoice.. Absolutely shocking!! Thanks DSTV

Just to thank you guys for the move on Friday, once again it was done very professionally and everyone was more than willing to go the extra mile, even helping to tape some boxes ect.e Please thank the guys again Herman.
