<p>My daughter purchased a Double Infinity voucher for my birthday and with great excitement I made the appointment for the 3¹/² hour pamper session.</p> <p> </p> <p>I arrived timeously and waited 20 mins in reception whilst Marlene finished with her client. I was taken into the massage room and undressed. I was not given a dressing gown or blanket and felt extremely uncomfortable lying there naked. Marlene massaged my legs and back for approximately 20 minutes. She then exfoliated my legs and back for 10 minutes and then left the room leaving me covered in the exfoliator. After 30 minutes of lying there by myself I cleaned myself off, got dressed and went to look for Marlene to find out what was happening. Marlene was in a treatment room with another client. She heard me leaving, stopped me and said that I should be resting as she was warming the stones. This was supposed to be a 3 ¹/² hour session including a full body exfoliation, body wrap, full body Swedish massage and facial. There was no hot stone treatment? It was freezing outside and I was not prepared to get undressed again so I left. Subsequent phone calls to Marlene have either rung through to voicemail or she has claimed to be too busy to take my call. I was advised by Groupon that she had also immediately redeemed my voucher for payment. What a rip-off.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
