Don't ever shop online at SHOE CITY - South Africa . There was an issue with my order and I asked for a refund. Zero feedback unless I reach out and then I get told that it has been escalated but not attended to yet. Rather shop elsewhere 😡
kaleideo.eye.clinic@gmail.com On 31 May I went to Kaleideo Eye Clinic in Benoni. I found them advertising on Facebook with wonderful prices. I had my eyes tested, picked frames, and paid them R2,160. On 14 June I went to collect my new glasses. Put them on and can't see at all. Total blur. Requested a refund from the very unpleasant man at the desk. I was told to go away till Tuesday. I have sent a WhatsApp and email to the owner. Zero response. So now I have had to lodge a complaint at the CGOS. Always remember that 'goedkoop is duur koop' 😓
Worst signal I have ever experienced. I app**** online and my location was tagged as having good signal. Complained about the bad signal and was told 'oops', bad signal at your location!! 😡 Advised to go buy an MTN SIM and use it in my phone. Like that is going to be better 😡😡😡😡 Interestingly though, both Vodacom and Rain have amazing signal in the same location. Then we get to the part where 2 routers were delivered even though I only have 1 account. So the working one is useless and the non-working one is in a cupboard. Reading all the reviews, looks like you are lying to get business.

I purchased a pair of black leather slingback shoes 2 weeks ago. They arrived and the third time that I wore them, the right heel snapped. Takealot won't replace or refund because "they have been worn"! OMG! Clearly ******* from China and I have lost R500. I will be taking this further
I had a TEMU package being delivered. I contacted Buffalo and advised that I would not be available on 3 March. They still tried to deliver and as notified, I was unavailable. I have been trying for 2 days to reschedule delivery. Their response is that I did not communicate with the driver on 3 March (the day that I was unavailable and had notified thereof). I was forced to open an FNB account in order to access PayPal funds. Sat at the Lambton branch for 1 hour and 40 minutes. Left with an ATM card and no access to online banking. I am thus still unable to access my funds in PayPal. The customer service lady was sweet but unable to resolve my problem. No Manager in sight to sort it out. Please can FNB activate my online banking. I do not have time for another branch visit or a lengthy phone call. You have greatly disappointed me.

I am horrified at the service received at the Osman's branch at the Reef Centre. Went in to have my glasses adjusted. They were totally skew after that (could not focus at all). Upon querying with the Optition he was incredibly rude and told me to come back another day when there is no loadshedding. To make matters worse, when I put them back in their case one of the arms fell off. I refused to go back to that store and went to the Lambton store where the very pleasant and nice gentleman advised that it would cost me R699 to repair the glasses. Shame on you. I sent an email, got one back saying they would contact me and I am still waiting. To my thinking, they broke the frames and should cover the cost of replacing them
