My experience with Dove has been nothing short of frustrating and dissappointing especially regarding I have been using them for almost 11 years. I have realised that Dove has been deducting from account twice, at the beginning of the month and at the end of the month. I also realised that I have been paying for two policy at one branch which is funny because I only have one product with them. I spoke to someone named Kamogelo they were the one to make me aware of this. I have tried to contact them and no one has assisted me. Right now they ignore my calls when I try to contact them. Dove I want my money back as soon as possible. I will not accept this disgusting treatment anymore. I demand it back.
