DR who!!?

26.07.2023 - went to a Dr Ayob B 0789135 to consult, did all the check including my blood type, HIV test etc and paid with medical aid: KAELO HEALTH 01972207. 16.02.2024 - get a call from E Davis Bookkeeping Department NDA Accounting Bureau, telling me that my account is long overdue as the medical aid rejected. They also sending me a statement and debit order bank details to make a payment. My question was why was only notified now and not then. The response was my medical aid issuer should have notified me and it's not their duty. I consulted the so-called medical aid who only answered one question i had "medical aid rejected "like what nonsense is this? Now everyone is ignoring me and i'm not getting answers. Hope by writing this review, i'll be able to get answers and some sort of compensation for the nonsense i'm tolerating now. Dr Ayob B 0789135 - must give answers as i went to her for a service. KAELO HEALTH 01972207 - Sending me a statement late and failing to advise me pay rejected. Target pathology labourites - 0950009- failing to notify me on time that i owe them, coming to me 7 months later that my account is way overdue. All this people must account and give e answers.
