On the 22 July 2025, I went to FNB Merchant place to pick up my new ID card showing new surname. I immediately went inside the branch in attempt to amend my surname and title. One of the front line consultants(didn’t take her name) said this can be done on the app. Sure enough, I managed to change my surname but I can’t change my title. Only leanrnt yesterday from Busisiwe secure chat that. I must go to the branch, what nonsense is this? I was at the branch the branch referred me to the app, I’m trying the app the app is referring me back to the branch. With what time. Is anybody ever going to help me. I don’t have time to play or walk around nna
I spoke to Nosipho on Friday, 31st January 2025 to initial a cellphone contract. Very friendly ajd bubbly person I must add. She took all my information and confirmed her team leader will call me back to validate the deal. Team Leader did call indeed, Steve was the name of the guy..very unfriendly and unclear. 1stly called on the nr I didn't provide with a private nr and when I asked why he called that nr and not the one I gave cellc on Friday, with an attitude tone he said he got the nr from transunion hence he used it. The check! Immediately, I got a quotation with a nr 0843432770 and then another one with 0611431308. And so, I'm cutlrrently sitt8ng with two quotes and two debit check. I should have picked up from Steve tone of voice that I was about to be messed up. Someone fix this mess, I'm expecting 1 phone akd only one R449 debited from account! And my whole profile info is captured incorrectly, we sure are starting on a wrong foot shame, fix your mess or cancel the whole deal 2925 is my place, I don't stay with parents and you must call this 083 nr not some nr you sourced from some transunion
Every 5 years anniversary I received a reward from Liberty for not claiming from my funeral cover and this happened 2014 and 2019. I then remembered 2024 was my 5th anniversary yet again and was due for a reward. Innocently on the 20.12.2024, I contacted Liberty via email tocenquire about the reward and got the shock of my life from a Gloria Manamela who I think is new and is clueless of what she's doing. She told I must complete a form, attach to it a copy if my ID and proof of bank account. I responded to the email, trying to understand why do I need to notify Livetty of the reward due to me and now there's a lot g paper work I've never dealt with and now I'm obliged to complete, no feedback received. I sent a follow up on the 24.12.2024 and to this day I'm still waiting in vain for Liberty to respond. Perhaps receiving a hellopeter complaint will get someone to do their job accurately this time. 1. My 5th year anniversary hasn't clocked like how it has for the past decades. 2. I bring this to Liberty's attention and I'm expected to complete streams of paper work, from when? Which what facility? 3. No feedback even after the nonsensical request received from a Gloria
RE: 27674077145 I want this contract terminated and not renewed. I called Vodacom yesterday and spokento a Nonhlanhla who didn't stop yawning, breathing on the phone and asking me long unnecessary questions. I ended up ending the call and she promised to call me back around 14:00 and I'm still waiting. Dealing with vodacom has really been a nightmare I must say, I'm just glad the contract is ending and I won't have to deal with them. Please deal with this ASAP
Sunday, 09/06/2024 @09:11 i get an sms "Your online banking profile has been blocked to prevent *****. Please run an antivirus scan on your PC and visit a branch to reset your login details". NO reason provided why y online banking/app was blocked. I then logged a call back request and got a call from 0873362962 at 13:11 lady i forgot her name yesterday who shouldn't have wasted our time by calling me cause she was very unhelpful. Where do you get this people, it's like they no longer want to work or simply missed the "customer service, good experience memo" All i want is a service 1. I want my bank confirmation letter 2. I want to know if all my accounts are safe and not compromised seeing i can't access the app and will only be able to fix FNB mess when I'm off. i work far leaving the house in the early hours of the morning and returning back home after 19:00 if I'm lucky. No malls in my area and its even worse cause I'm using public transport. Can someone assist me urgently with my request as I've really ran out of patience.
I have a router with Vodacom and sim card nr is 27674077145. I don't get calls and sms on this sim as it is in a router. I sent Vodacom an email asking when my contract is ending and this is what i got from them "Dear valued customer, this service has been moved to our TOBI support channels". When i use those TOBI channels, they require the Vodacom nr so they can send me OTP which i wont receive as the sim is in the router. How can i get service here without issues
26.07.2023 - went to a Dr Ayob B 0789135 to consult, did all the check including my blood type, HIV test etc and paid with medical aid: KAELO HEALTH 01972207. 16.02.2024 - get a call from E Davis Bookkeeping Department NDA Accounting Bureau, telling me that my account is long overdue as the medical aid rejected. They also sending me a statement and debit order bank details to make a payment. My question was why was only notified now and not then. The response was my medical aid issuer should have notified me and it's not their duty. I consulted the so-called medical aid who only answered one question i had "medical aid rejected "like what nonsense is this? Now everyone is ignoring me and i'm not getting answers. Hope by writing this review, i'll be able to get answers and some sort of compensation for the nonsense i'm tolerating now. Dr Ayob B 0789135 - must give answers as i went to her for a service. I app**** for a cellhphone contract online and was told to provide all my FICA docs i did that last Monday, 14.08.2023 and to this day I'm still getting an email requesting the same docs and when i send a follow up email i get an automated response : Hi , Thank you for your email. If you have already submitted the requested documents for your MTN application, we assure you that your documents have been received and we will contact you if we require anything further. Once your documents have been processed, you will receive an SMS from MTN to let you know if your application was approved or declined. Please allow at least 5 working days from the date of submission of your documents to receive this SMS confirmation. Thank you, The Mondo Document Collection Team on behalf of MTN Online Totally unacceptable and no matter of urgency nor customer services here. I reached to MTN who told me I'll get a call back by yesterday close of business and guess what.. i am still waiting in vain for the said call.
