Message was sent to Hellopeter about my account no 001005251. Increase of rates with R296.19 without evaluation of my property. Ms. l. Uithaler acknowledged Receipt of my complaint. The query was refered to the revenue Dept at DBNLM without any feedback to me. I have to pay my account before 16th Aug. My account was not rectified. I will not pay my account unless they rectify the rates on my property because my property was never evaluated by DBNLM.
