Mr. Chuma: email: chumani@gems.gov.za. contact no: 0684852781 Assist me to change options and to add myb Spouse as a Beneficiary: This process are finalized now. My option was changed and my with was added as a Beneficiary as from 1 October 2024. Mr Chumani was there for me during this whole process. All my questions was answered by him. I can highly recommend the service of Mr Chumani. He is also very professional and up to date with the Policies and Rules of Gems Medical Scheme.

Dr E.S Fredericks charge me R300 for a consultation on 2024 06 24 and also claim another R300. From My Medical Scheme: Gems. I did report the case to HPCSA whereby Dr Fredericks agree to refund me with the R300.00. Refnumber at HPCSA: 24 08 14- 002826 dated 2024 06 07 Contact Person Rafeal Sumbane. 012 4021835. The Dr did not refund me yet.

I did sent a cancelation letter to PSA on 5 May and to The Persal office of DCS on 8 May. Feedback from Mr Killian @PSA (0415016816) dd 30 Sept: No record at PSA Offfice. That I have to follow: section 13 of Labour Relations Act. No 66/1995. Clauss: 13.3;13.4. I did follow the procedure. Mr Killian reguest that I must resent the documents to him because nothing was received by PSA . I have all the emails; faxes etc as proof that it was sent to PSA

Letter of cancelation of membership was emailed to Psa
Letter of cancelation of membership was emailed to Psa.pe@psa.co.za on 05 May 2024. Respond from PSA : 3 months waiting period for cancelation. E Mail was sent to Mr Anthony Killian on 28 Aug to request a cancelation letter as well on the 24 Sept without amany respond Mr Killian respond via email on 31 May that he will make a follow up with the relevant Dept. I did contact Denise on 2024 09 26 at PSA in Port Elizabeth 041 5016816 and she confirmed that the did not received my cancelation letter sent via email on 5 May 2024. The reason for cancelation: PSA was not able to represent/ assist me with a Til application that was declined by Dept of Correctional Services

I just want to thank and rate Mr Chumani at Gems ( chumani@gems.gov.za) for his excellent service delivery dur8ng during the process of changing my option at Gems and to register my spouse qs a dependent. It wont be possible without his assistance We have hope again at Gems and In RSA due to people like Mr CHUMANI who are always willing and available to assist us. Keep up the Good work Sir

Cancellation letter PSA
I sent an email on 2024/05/05 to psa.pe@psa.co.za to cancell my membership with them. Mr Anthony Killian responded that there is a three months waiting period after the notice for cancelation of membership. The three months waiting period already past during August. I'm still waiting for a cancellation letter from PSA to cancell the monthly deduction from my salary. The interest rate on my Homeloan account with Standardbank: account number: 219534284 was R2713.60 on 31 May 2024. It increase to R3716.98 My account are not in Arrears. So I don't know why are the interest rates so high all of a son

I was assisted by MS Bukumeni at The Call Centre of Standardbank with a refund from my Home Loan account. I called her on 2024 08 26 a d the money was transferred to my " My Mo " account on 2024 08 25 at about 15h30. This is absolutely brilliant service delivery. She was very helpfull, friendly and kind during our telephonic conversation. I Will surely refer clients to Standardbank if all the call Centre assistants can follow i her footsteps

Carmen assist me with my query. I'm very satisfied with her quick response after my complaint qas registered on WhatsApp. She was vey helpful.,understanding, friendly during the telephonic conversation. See also sent me an email after our conversation. That is what I call excellent Service delivery I will recommend anyone to speak to if they have any Queries or complaints
