Disappointing Service

Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Dr. Assan’s practice. Despite multiple emails requesting a referral letter for a follow-up appointment, we received no response.

My wife wasn’t even seen by Dr. Assan during the initial visit, but by an assistant.

The entire experience has been disorganized and left us feeling neglected. We’ve since decided to seek care from a more responsive and professional gynecologist.
