Disappointing Service
Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Dr. Assan’s practice. Despite multiple emails requesting a referral letter for a follow-up appointment, we received no response. My wife wasn’t even seen by Dr. Assan during the initial visit, but by an assistant. The entire experience has been disorganized and left us feeling neglected. We’ve since decided to seek care from a more responsive and professional gynecologist.

My name is Sister Kgoale Let’s just give doctor Assan and his Partner their flowers I delivered my baby 1st of May via c-section and on my 3 weeks check up he noticed that the wound is septic and I was admitted for a day to treat the wound . What am trying to say is they pay attention to their patients and don’t take things lightly and for that I appreciate them . Am now 7weeks postpartum and I feel so great and I really don’t have any pain anymore.

AWESOME SERVICE
Dr Assan is the best doctor. He is patient, explains procedures thoroughly and is supportive. My hubby and I appreciate all his efforts, we've been on a number of journeys with Dr Assan. He truly cares for all his patients and respects his patients. If you ever need an OB-GYNE, Dr Assan is thee one.

Good Dr - worst assistance at reception
Dr Assan is alone of the best gynaes but his staff at the arwyp offices are the worst of its kind. I don’t know how a dr so good can have such bad representations as his first point of call not to mention the rudeness and unwillingness to assist. Dr Assan you need to fix this really - those ladies cannot be representing you in this manner. Their behavior is atrocious to say the least.

You are Heaven sent. I was misdiagnosed from a previous specialist and you took your time to explain to me what as wrong with me and even showed me videos of the procedure you were to perform on me and explained everything in detail. I am coming back to you on the 13th August to remove my stitches and I just want to thank you so much for the exceptional work. Your are the best doctor.
