Makro is the worst when it comes to delivery of supplies. I ordered items on the 29th of November and on the 12th of December, I had not received all my items. I guess makro is now an international shop cause the wait is really long. There has been no communication on the status of the delivery. I regret buying online at this shop.
Bought a generator( TP 6000 brand) and it had issues whilst under warranty. Upon returning it to the shop we were sent from pillar to post by a very arrogant and unprofessional department manager called Alfred Baloyi. He informed me that the generator will me ready in a week in December from the supplier. In January the generator was still not ready and he now informed us that the generator will only be attended by the supplier in January after having the generator with him from December.
Closing an account is such a hassling process. I have been trying to close an account at Nedbank for weeks now. Eventually I thought I managed to get the account closed through an agent who confirmed the closure of the account while it was in a negative balance of R5 , to my surprise 2 weeks later - the account is not closed and now i am not sure what to do because it means even if i call AGAIN this will not be actioned. Could this be a way of Nedbank trying to get money through bank fees - because if the account is not closed and i am not using it, i will still be liable for the excessive fees which was the reason why i decided to close the account in the first place? Since when is closing an account such a hassle
Dr Assan is alone of the best gynaes but his staff at the arwyp offices are the worst of its kind. I don’t know how a dr so good can have such bad representations as his first point of call not to mention the rudeness and unwillingness to assist. Dr Assan you need to fix this really - those ladies cannot be representing you in this manner. Their behavior is atrocious to say the least.
I was gifted a delonghi kettle by a friend. After a few times using this kettle the switch on the kettle stopped working and would just not press down. I called the delonghi offices for assistance. I was told that since they dont sell the switch seperately i could just buy a new or demo delonghi kettle. This service is very disappointing considering the cost of these kettles. what shocking revelation
AVIS fraudulently took my money from my account for damages i know nothing about. i was not even informed of such and just saw a transaction go off my account. THe agreement with AVIS is that should there be any damage then an amount of R*** would be required as access not why are they stealing from my account?
I recently got crashed into from there back and hit on he left side of my vehicle. The third party claim was successful and Outsurance advised me that i would not be liable for anything and not even the access. A week later I am called and told that my Access will be increased? increased for what when I was crashed into and the third party claim was successful. first it was the out bonus that they said I would not get if they process the claim - now in this instance third party settled so why am i being penalized on the outbonus and then still increase my access? surely this is not right
