This was my first interaction with OUTsurance and the consultant who assisted me was TOP TIER. His name is Joe Nair. Such an awesome bloke. From the greeting to how audible he was when he was explaining everything to me. I was made to feel important and where there were concerns on my side, he made sure to make me feel at ease to understand how a life cover works. A 10 out of 10 service!!!!!!!!!!
Nozuko from VOX is such a blessing. She REALLY knows her work and is ALWAYS there for her customers even after we've signed our contracts. She knows CUSTOMER SERVICE in and out. Thank you Nozuko....for always being there when I have a query
Spur Irene Mall is the best. My 3 year old enjoyed himeslef... I enjoyed my meal... The customer service was great. The lady who is in charge of taking care of the kids in the play area.... She is a winner. Great work guys. I loved your service
On the 18th of May 2022, I called MTN to enquire about a service I am paying for. I spoke to Mlungisi who showed 0 customer service. How dare he tell me "it's self explanatory" when I enquired about the ANYTIME and NIGHT EXPRESS data? Your attitude stinks Mlungisi. When I call my service provider and wait for more than 5 minutes to get through, I don't expect such service. He even had the nerve to hang up on me. Query Number: 1-19578173250.
I would like to let you know that Legends Barber in Greenstone Mall has the worst service ever. My first encounter with them, I called to set an appointment for my 2 year old son, spoke to the guy over the phone and he advised it shouldn't be a problem. Upon our arrival ( at the time I had set my appointment) we were turned away and advised that they were too full. I begged and unfortunately I was not helped. I decided I would come through the next day very early in the morning. I was there before 09:00,store was opened and so I entered and same thing happened..I was turned away. I literally shed tears because I just wanted my son to have the Legends Barber experience and still I was not assisted. I decided I would not try this again. However, this morning, yet AGAIN...I was there at 09:00...it is 12:35 and my son has not been assisted because even though we are told that they do not work on appointments and it is a walk in (First come, first serve) as soon as their regulars come in, we get side lined and they are assisted before us. I am disappointed and disgusted at your service. 3 hours with a 2 year old waiting for service and once again; not assisted.
Mthandazo Shabalala from First For Women in the retentions team is exceptional. He was attentive, provided me with all information and left me updated on ALL my benefits and what I am paying for. The best part was him reducing my premiums on my car insurance when I was ready to cancel. He is the best I've come across. This is how a call from a client/member and consultant should be. The whole staff is unprofessional and don't know what they are doing. The manager was worse...Magoro or Maboro, that is what he advised his name was. Rude and did not care about me as a customer. Shameful
These people had the nerve to debit my personal account unauthorized. This is total fraud as I did not give consent to them to do so. When I call, all they can say is there is no manager available and that they will have someone call me back. They are a scam company who could not even tell me how they got hold of my account details. I will be laying a charge of fraud against them and maybe next time they will know not to mess with peoples lives and accounts. Such a disgrace.
Londiwe from Makro Woodmead is unprofessional. The fact that she works in switchboard and her attitude is this terrible is shocking. You DON'T sigh from boredom when a potential customer is enquiring about something...for all you know, I could've been a CEO from Makro testing customer service and you gave such attitude. Pull your socks. Get customer service training...whatever you do, don't show disrespect to a client.
Game Store in Vryburg Durban is pathetic. I called in to get a quote on a appliance as I wanted to buy something urgently. I was told that the person who can assist with prices is on lunch. I further asked if there was no one in the store besides the person on lunch who can assist a potential customer and was told no. I then asked to speak to the manager and the switchboard operator had the audacity to tell me the manager was unavailable. How does a store operate with no manager and an assistant to assist clients/ customers. Your service is rotten to the core and I am going to make sure you get disciplined. Such nonsense. Pathetic service.
