Extremely disappointed with the lack of communication and professionalism from Dr. Assan’s practice. Despite multiple emails requesting a referral letter for a follow-up appointment, we received no response. My wife wasn’t even seen by Dr. Assan during the initial visit, but by an assistant. The entire experience has been disorganized and left us feeling neglected. We’ve since decided to seek care from a more responsive and professional gynecologist.
I am quite disappointed in the service I have received so far. Since I have placed my order I had to chase for an update either via email or phone calls. The WhatsApp chat isnt much help as the person on the other end doesn't care. Spoke to Jennifer who would call me back and still hasn't and I was told the bed I wanted is out of stock. So out of all your branches no one has stock??!! Full Payment has been made and now I'm just told to wait until 13 January 2025 when an order can be placed. This is ridiculous.

I am always informed on maintenance or link faults before i can even get to reporting it, and my link has been up and running with no issues. I had a very disappointing experience with your DPD delivery today. Despite my contact number being on the package, I was never contacted. The driver arrived at my house and blared his bakkie's horn instead of calling me. There was no prior arrangement or scheduled time for delivery. When I called DPD's support, they only confirmed delivery but did nothing about the unprofessional behavior. Takealot needs to ensure their partners provide better service to avoid these incidents

Despite my contact number being clearly indicated on the package, I was never contacted or informed about the delivery. The driver arrived at my house and, instead of calling me, resorted to blaring his bakkie's horn to get my attention. There was no prior arrangement, no phone call, and no scheduled time for the delivery, which is a basic expectation for any courier service. To make matters worse, when I called DPD Laser's support line to address this issue, I received no satisfactory response. The representative merely confirmed that the package was delivered, but there was no acknowledgment or action taken regarding the driver’s unprofessional behavior. Given this experience, I would strongly advise against using DPD Laser's services. Reliable communication and professional behavior are essential for any courier service, and DPD Laser failed on both counts.

It is evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them and I cannot in good conscience recommend their services to others. poor support desk, continuously explaining the issue via email but they are still unable to understand. Most ISP's start out great and then snowball's downhill due to poor support.
Quick to get you initially connected and quick to ask for payment but when something goes wrong the support is non existent, endless tests, going in a loop, unskilled, unhelpful support desk that are trained like parrots to read a draughted troubleshooting manual but unable to resolve issues that requires technical knowledge.
