Never Again

What I find truly and utterly distasteful is the fact that:

1. I am being charged by them to ask to fill out a PMB to try and get them paid 2. They're able to send me emails to demand payment from me and not actually read their mails to actually assist me 3. My sons mother and I had to wait close to two hours just to be sent to get a CT done, maybe even longer just to get someone's assistance - He had a head fracture and it could have gotten so much worse

I shouldn't have to pay MORE in order to help get them paid as a customer looking for medical assistance for my son. I do not have the funds to fork out which is why I am doing my best to make a plan with them so that they get their money, Dr Burger Radiology gets their money for the CT scans and everyone is happy.

I have been back and forth with the medical aid and my broker for a good amount of time now to help with payment and all I ask is that they just get back to me with what I have requested and help me so that I can get them paid.
