Never Again. There's just too many competitors that provide a significant edge. Especially Delivery. Incredible Connection will never be able to compete. Pricing is one thing, but to provide a seamless delivery experience tailored to customers needs is quite another. When we don't know when couriers are coming it's a problem. Then when they say they are coming, they don't arrive and you've been putting everything aside for this delivery to arrive but didn't. The fact that you cannot even put us in contact with the couriers, the fact that we cannot get hold of you easily, the fact that when we do get hold of you we need to wait TWENTY FOUR HOURS is unacceptable and even then, no response. SHOCKED!
What I find truly and utterly distasteful is the fact that: 1. I am being charged by them to ask to fill out a PMB to try and get them paid 2. They're able to send me emails to demand payment from me and not actually read their mails to actually assist me 3. My sons mother and I had to wait close to two hours just to be sent to get a CT done, maybe even longer just to get someone's assistance - He had a head fracture and it could have gotten so much worse I shouldn't have to pay MORE in order to help get them paid as a customer looking for medical assistance for my son. I do not have the funds to fork out which is why I am doing my best to make a plan with them so that they get their money, Dr Burger Radiology gets their money for the CT scans and everyone is happy. I have been back and forth with the medical aid and my broker for a good amount of time now to help with payment and all I ask is that they just get back to me with what I have requested and help me so that I can get them paid.
Whenever I have subscribed to a month to month service, generally speaking if you are unable to pay the subscription or haven't paid for a certain amount of time, the subscription is either terminated or suspended until a payment is made. But no, Planet Fitness has keep billing me for just over a year after and sent a debt collector after me to collect these fees even when not making use of the subscription whatsoever. I have told this debt collector that I was put on debt review, my bank accounts were closed, and I now have a child that I need to support and pay maintenance too. But yet, I keep getting billed and charged more and more. I cannot make a payment, all of my money goes towards debt, maintenance for my child and trying to survive.
Been waiting on feedback for a claim on a phone screen for ages. I phoned for feedback every couple of days, every time, a different story followed by - I will be sent an email with feedback but nothing.
Don't take a Discovery Gap Cover Policy - Rather get gap cover from a company that can actually assist you and get the money you claimed for. I have been paying for years, not using it once up until my son was born and also added - they couldn't help me pay for what the medical aid did not.
I have used Rain for quite a few months in 2021 and eventually gave my service to a friend of mine that wasn't quite tech savy and with that I let rain debit my account and the friend would pay me, so far everything was working quite well... Until 2022 when he had experienced massive outages and the network would not work at all. I saw a buy 1 get 1 free special for Rains top service and I thought that this would work well for where I was staying and it did but it was highly intermittent. I wasn't happy with the rate of streaming and downloads so I took advantage of the money back guarantee within 30 days. I cancelled the service, got the cancellation email and everything should have been all good, right? Wrong. I had told them that I would be particulary hard to get hold of over the phone so when they tried to call, I missed the call and they would email and I would email right back with the collection address for them to collect their router. They debited my account again, and again and again, eventually I had to resort to calling them and they said they were unable to process the refund if the service was used, but typically when you cancel a service and get the confirmation regardless if it was left connected or not, it should have stopped working but it didn't. I've tried sending emails, replying on emails, phoning, but I am not coming right. I have never been so dissapointed with this level of service from an ISP and I have dealt with tons being in the IT industry, servicing 100's of businesses. Since I have not come right with them directly, I am now forced to publically do this when this could have been resolved in a much easier way.
