My wife was not properly diagnosed. She was discharged while with a severe back pain. Instead of being transferred to an appropriate specialist while at Medi clinic, she was told to go home and make an appointment with that specialist. Only when she complained was she referred to an available specialist. This could have been done before she was incorrectly discharged. The new specialist deemed her condition as requiring urgent attention and surgery. Previous specialist deemed it not urgent, without doing any examination. The hospital was extremely negligent, putting a life at risk. They can't even admit their mistake. Their management is defending the doctor, saying he was too busy on the day. Was she so busy that she sent a sick patient home without getting to the root of the pain or refer to another doctor that's available at the time. The whole experience is quite scary. People die before of such negligence.

The service here is impeccable and very efficient. All the staff members are friendly. From the Dr's to the nurses. There are two nurses who stood out for me since I was admitted. SISTER MOTSHABI AND SISTER INNOCENTIA MADUNA. GREAT WORK LADIES

From making the appointment online via email, to the call and reply from the staff, this practice's staff ensured I was informed of exactly what the procedure would entail. The completed forms were emailed back to the rooms and an appointment for the in-rooms procedure was made. I had to go in to sign documentation and obtain the necessary codes for my medical aid. This was not difficult at all as the lady, Melissa took such care in explaining the procedure, the codes, the details and what else I needed to ensure everything would be in place for the procedure on time. On my arrival for the procedure again the staff were awesome from the receptionist, the Sister (Power girl), the anesthetist and the doctor, it was a walk in the park for a sleeping me. I would like to thank them for the professional way they approached me, the fun way in which everything before I went to sleep was done, you are all AMAZING. Thank you so much
