ECONOFOODS VANDERBIJLPARK - EXCELLENT SERVICE, FRIENDLY AND PROFESSIONAL DELIVERY FROM ISMAIL TOO
Wow, wow, wow! I always order online from Econofoods Vanderbijlpark and they deliver the next day. The driver, Ismail is always professional, friendly and super helpful bringing the crates into our kitchen and packing everything out for us. I placed an order online today at 14h17 and expected delivery tomorrow or even on Monday but to our surprise he arrived at 17h00 with our delivery today! We cannot thank Econofoods Vanderbiljpark enough for the excellent service and when something is not in stock, an apology and cash in hand is given. Wonderful service and the food is not only delicious but value for money.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER NEDBANK WILL NEVER SEE US AGAIN
I wish there was a ZERO star review because we are bitterly disappointed with the service received from Nedbank. As a pensioner my husband wants to close his Nedbank account as the fees are ridiculously high, so we went into a Nedbank branch to do so only to be told to phone the online services and close the account with them. This done we are told the amount owing is still pending but yet on our account it shows paid and a zero balance. This was 2nd June! Today, 3 July see R75.06 owing which meant account was still open! Phone again and again we have to call tomorrow as the amount again still shows owing although we have paid it in full! GLAD WE CLOSING THIS ACCOUNT NEDBANK IS THE WORST

DENTIST - DR ESTELLE ERASMUS MEDPARK, SASOLBURG - YOU ARE THE BEST!!!!
Pleasantly surprised at the professional, friendly and efficient service received from the receptionist, accounting lady to the dental assistant and of course the highly and wonderful Dentist Dr Estelle Erasmus! Her manner in reviewing the whole mouth, then identifying all the teeth which require some attention to the way she treats and cleans the teeth... WOW WOW WOW both my husband and I are super impressed and grateful to her and her amazing staff. Sasolburg Medpark Dentist Dr E Erasmus is definitely the BEST Dentist ever thank you so much.

CTM VAAL, VEREENIGING WORST SERVICE EVER ... CTM'S LOSS & TOP TILES GAIN
CTM Vereeniging what a waste of time to drive all the way from the Freestate!! The sales person who came to our aid was preoccupied with himself and not really interested in our needs. We considered buying the more expensive kitchen mixer @R3700 and he was more interested in helping another client! He told us he would be back whilst we were looking around. He should have guided us and not have us looking around ourselves! Well, we also wanted to buy tiles to redo our house but after his attitude and him ignoring us, we left and will NEVER support CTM again. In 2019 we purchased all our tiles and bathroom accessories from them when we renovated the bathrooms. CTM your loss and Top Tiles gain!

ORTHOPEDIC SURGEON - DR FERDI HARTZENBERG, EMFULENI MEDICLINIC VANDERBIJLPARK- THE BEST TREATMENT EVER
What a lovely caring doctor, actually specialist surgeon, the orthopedic surgeon Dr Ferdi Hartzenberg who has his rooms in the Emfuleni Mediclinic in Vanderbijlpark. From the receptionist to the doctor and how they treated me as a first time patient, I am impressed and would recommend his services any time. He sent me for X-rays and phoned ahead to ensure the X-rays were going to be done the correct way, which is standing up. On my return to his rooms, he explained the results to me and eventhough it is devastating news, his suggestions on how to move forward was highly appreciated. His utmost honesty when I questioned him regarding my diagnosis was straight forward yet with subtle care and to the point. Thank you all .

DR J H SNYMAN - EMFULENI MEDICLINIC, VANDERBIJLPARK - A WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE THANK YOU
From making the appointment online via email, to the call and reply from the staff, this practice's staff ensured I was informed of exactly what the procedure would entail. The completed forms were emailed back to the rooms and an appointment for the in-rooms procedure was made. I had to go in to sign documentation and obtain the necessary codes for my medical aid. This was not difficult at all as the lady, Melissa took such care in explaining the procedure, the codes, the details and what else I needed to ensure everything would be in place for the procedure on time. On my arrival for the procedure again the staff were awesome from the receptionist, the Sister (Power girl), the anesthetist and the doctor, it was a walk in the park for a sleeping me. I would like to thank them for the professional way they approached me, the fun way in which everything before I went to sleep was done, you are all AMAZING. Thank you so much

EXCELLENT SERVICE WITH A SMILE AND A LITTLE EXTRA EVERY TIME!
Bean Tree Cafe Sasolburg Boulevard, what a lovely restaurant to sit down and have a cuppa. Besides it being so conveniently situated, the staff and especially Elizabeth, ensure that they make a person feel at home. Always friendly, professional and the service is exceptional. We usually pop in to get takeaway pastries but decided to have a cappuccino and a ham and cheese filled croissant. We were served the croissants on a warm plate with a portion of fries which were served in beautiful miniature chip baskets! On a prior occasion we only had a cappuccino and were served a mini doughnut and cake! We have been made to feel at home and would strongly recommend visiting this establishment. Definitely our favorite place to relax and have a meal. Thank you

HOME CONNECT YOU HAVE A STAR WITH STORME .... WONDERFUL TELEPHONIC MANNERS
Excellent, patient young lady Storme with the nicest friendly professional attitude. She went out of her way to give us options and suggestions, explaining everything to the letter, working with us through the process of applying for a IP Phone which was done in a few minutes. We also received the email confirmation immediately after we finished the call with her. We will recommend HOMECONNECT to everyone .....
